Have only been a Botox client. Exc injection technique. Sure seems to be alot of pretty young staff floating around providing almost fawning personal service. Necessary? Carruthers obviously knows a LOT but does this transfer to actual patient experience... dunno. Found they pushed alot of injectable-type services a bit indiscriminately. Definitely helped my migraines go away, so great experience there. A bit of a money-making machine, I believe.

Dr. Carruthers and her staff were extremely kind and professional. She has the most amazing injection technique and put me at ease immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had laser treatment for rosacea done, the nurse that did it was unprofessional to say the least, I had to introduce myself to her as she was putting on the cream prior to treatment, during treatment she says oh you are bruising (I had this done before - no bruising) after the treatment she rushed me to Dr Carruthers personal office, they closed the door, told me this happens sometimes, put a lot of terrible cheap makeup on my face to cover it up and sent me home, it took two months to clear up, I never once received a phone call from Dr J. Carruthers to see how I was doing. I called several times and spoke to another nurse who said Dr Carruthers was busy. It was a terrible experience, my face was bruised on both cheeks - as in dark purple.As far as I am concerned she is interested only in making money and not in patient care.
