Dr. Pugash and his staff are truly amazing.
I had a breast augmentation previously done by a different surgeon and a corrective surgery right after that. Unfortunately I was not happy with the outcome.
I decided to see Dr. Pugash as I’ve heard a lot of good things about him. I was concerned about one of my breasts being lower than the other and also one of the implants visibly separating from my breast. Dr. Pugash assured me that with a different technique and approach he will be able to correct the issue. He also suggested that it will be beneficial to do a lift at the same time.
I am extremely happy with the outcome of the surgery. My breasts finally look and feel amazing!!!
I also had a blepharoplasty done at the same time. My upper eyelids were very droopy and they made me look very tired. It’s been almost two months post surgery and there is no sign of any incisions or scarring.
From the first time I met with Dr. Pugash, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me, discussed different options and made his recommendations. He never put any pressure on me and was very respectful of my ideas and decisions. He’s gentle approach and great bedside manners made me feel comfortable and confident about my surgery. He was very supportive and caring prior to the surgery and during my recovery. He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns, answering or returning my calls promptly.
Simone works with Dr. Pugash is also very knowledgeable and very helpful. Her warm attitude and smile always made me feel welcomed in their office.

I’m very pleased with the whole experience and care I have received from Dr. Pugash and his whole team, including nurses from Cambie Surgical Center.
I highly recommend Dr. Pugash. I can’t say enough of his excellent expertise, knowledge and experience.

I feel like a broken record but honestly, Dr. Pugash is an amazing and highly skilled professional. I am 5 months post op. I had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck done. I am extremely happy with the results. I lost all the baby weight but pregnancy and breastfeeding left me with deflated breasts, separated abs, and a belly pooch. Diet and exercise could only do so much but Dr. Pugash helped me to restore my confidence and feel happy again with myself.
Dr. Pugash, Simone, the rest of his staff, and even the staff/doctors at the surgical centre were very supportive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
I highly recommend Dr. Pugash.

I first met Dr Pugash for my augmentation about 10 years ago. It went super well which is why I returned to him for the removal. Nothing medically wrong with the augmentation, I simply decided to go back to natural. Dr. Pugash went through the pros and cons of what a removal may look like. I was aware I may not be happy with the results. I trusted in the skills of Dr Pugash and wow, am I thrilled with the removal (no lift). I couldn't be happier and am glad I returned to him for what is likely a tricky surgery. I recommend his work both on the augmentation side and removal!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr Pugash!! He did my breast augmentation and everything went perfectly. Like many others, I had been thinking about getting this procedure done for several years and really wanted the results to look natural. I met with Pugash and another popular surgeon in the Vancouver area and decided to go with Pugash for a few reasons: he has incredible reviews, he seems to be known for delivering natural results, he has a crazy amount of experience, and it felt like he was very firm and confident in the recommendations he made during my consult, which really made me see his level of knowledge and expertise. Some of the reviews I read of other surgeons said that they were great up until the surgery and then either had terrible bedside manner or their service level declined once the procedure was done. This is absolutely not the case with dr. Pugash, he had amazing bedside manner, made me feel so comfortable going into the surgery when I was extremely nervous and he was so pleasant and friendly to work with during the follow-up afterwards. Lastly, I feel like his fees are more fair than other surgeons. Another surgeon I met with was going to charge the same cost or higher as the procedure (~12k+) if any complications such as capsular contracture came up after the procedure. With Dr. Pugash, his fees for revisions were a lot more reasonable and fair. If you've been thinking about getting a breast augmentation I can't recommend Dr. Pugash enough and I would highly encourage you to get on his wait list. It's a big deal getting this procedure done and it's worth waiting for someone who is truly excellent.

I am over the moon with my final results. I had a bilateral breast augmentation and a bilateral mastopexies with suction-assisted lipectomy. My boobs went from being nearly at my belly button to perky and pre-kids. Dr. Pugash was super thorough, he walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with the whole procedure. I wasn't to sure what size to go with but Dr. Pugash steered me in the right direction. I love my boobs and I'm so happy I got this procedure done and especially that Dr. Pugash was the one to perform it, it was worth the wait. Thank you so much!
