Veterans Administration
Dr. Bowman is an acceptionaly nice person and truly cares about his patients. He listens and does what is best. My left shoulder froze and two years later my right shoulder froze. He fixed them both without surgery which is what I wanted. I recommend him to all of my friends and family. Thanks Doc!
