On 2/26/24, Dr. Nima Salari performed a L2-L3 & L3-L4 Laminotomy at the CORE Institute Specialty Hospital and completely eliminated my nerve pain in the Right Hip & I am now able to stand up fully erect without any pain/tightness in my lower back. Dr. Salari and his Team (Chris Klein - PA-C, Tayler Berryman - Pre-Authorization/Med. Insurance) exceeded my highest expectations from Initial Office Visit to the Surgical Completion/Post-Op.
Dr. Salari was able to quickly meet with me for Diagnosis and plan a Surgical Date that met my timeline for my work!! Dr. Salari and Team are truly the best medical business, as they tool the time to answer ALL of my questions. As far as I am concerned Dr. Nima Salari is a medical magician. I had been in fairly severe severe pain for well over 6 months and tried everything from Chiropractic to 3 months of physical therapy with no relief before seeing Dr. Salari. He identified the problem, answered all my questions, and recommended spinal fusion of my fifth lumber to my sacrum to address my anterolisthesis and foraminal stenosis. He was very patient, with me and gave me a complete breakdown on what he would do and why. He paused several times to ask if I had any questions. The surgery went off perfectly and the reduction in pain was immediate. My recovery has been very rapid. He seemed very concerned with my well being, and I couldn't have asked for a better surgical experience. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a great surgeon.

Dr. Salari is the best! I am 88 yrs. old and was very apprehensive about back surgery. Dr. Salari and his staff were very kind and assuring that all would go well. It did! Originally I was in severe pain and Dr. Salari assured me he could help me. The surgery went so well and seven weeks later I am feeling great an no pain! I definitely give Dr. Salari five stars or more if possible. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Salari is wonderful! He has operated on my spine three times (each time for a different reason) and, heaven forbid, if I ever need surgery again, I will go back to him. Very personable and thorough in our (my wife and I) visits and consults.

I had L5-S1 fusion surgery and removal of a cyst on 7/16/20. Everything went smoothly, from the initial office visit to the surgery to the follow up. I had a very good recovery with just mild discomfort, not even pain. I was treated very well by Dr. Salari and his PA, Dr. Nick Davis. They both took their time answering all my questions. I had been in a lot of pain from sciatica and now I am pain free. Would highly recommend Dr. Salari!

He is the best spine surgeon in Phoenix. I had cervical pain for many years. Dr Salari performed a 3 level acdf on me on 2/27/2020. I am pain free. He is My miracle worker!

Dr. Salari performed my surgery Feb 14, 2019 After trying everything and I do mean everything he turned my life completely around. I walked out of the hospital w/o pain. After years of being miserable it was like a miracle! This man and the entire staff are the very best and I am forever grateful.

After six months of sciatica pain and going to a chiropractor and Physical Therapist not helping, I did my research and found Dr. Salari. There is a reason he has a 5 star rating. X-rays are performed onsite and immediately transferred to his computer. He, and his PA Nick Davis, took an extensive amount of time to go over the X-ray and discussing solutions. I never felt rushed. Due to the sciatica, and scoliosis from youth it was determined a fusion of L4-L5 was necessary. I was in the hospital overnight and pain free when I went home the next day. I didn't even have to fill pain killer prescriptions. 7 weeks out and still pain free. I had my second visit today and am released to go back to the gym and get back in shape. Dr. Salari is an excellent surgeon and his staff is punctual, polite and informative. I highly recommend him.

Dr Salari performed a recent back surgery on me. The surgery repaired a bulging disc that was causing tremendous pain and took a pain level 10 to 0. It has allowed me to return to previous activity including travel, work, physical fitness and life in general. He was outstanding. His manor is very open, communication is excellent and you know he is looking to make things better.
