I trust his decisions and her runs a great practice. If you are a few minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, which is both hard to deal with as everyone with children knows..things come up that make people late. However, it is nice not to sit in a waiting room for an hour waiting for the doctor. He is is great with the kids but very condescending to the parents so if you can get past that, I'd recommend him.

Dr. Nishihara cares about children and that is apparent. However, he is rude to adults and has a terrible bedside manner. He thinks he knows everything and does not listen to the parent that knows more about their children. He is organized and punctual and i have been using him for two years, but i would rather wait longer for a dr that actually takes the time to listen to me.

When I had my son, he visited us in the hospital more than my own OB/GYN. He cleaned our hospital room and made sure we had everything we needed. And this was on the weekend. We never have to wait for appts and he is always so caring. The most important thing to him is your child's health and it really shows. Love him!

My family has been seeing him for 8 years now. He is thorough, talks to the kids and calls to be sure they are feeling better! He is a shining example of what a doctor should be!I wouldn't trust my kids to anyone else. He is always on time, we NEVER wait. His staff is just as professional & caring as he is. By far the best pediatrician in Las Vegas!

Dr.Nishihara is professional,and knowledge, He took care of my kids, since he was close to Summerlin hospital,I feel so confortable when he took care my newborn ..... And every visit is the same. Now I just moved out of Sate and I wish find an other great doctor as him...

I have seen many other pediatricians in the past for my children and we were new to Doctor Nishihara's office. He made my children feel as if he knew them for a long time. Have you ever had your children want to go to the doctor to see him? That is what they want. He is very strict with "the rules" but he lays them down and tells you the game plan for the visit. LOVE YOU GUYS

Dr. Nishihara and staff are by far the best. When my daughter is sick she is so excited to go to see Dr. Nishihara. The Dr. and staff take the time to listen and make sure the patient is comfortable. You can always count on a check up phone call a couple of days after a sick visit. There are countless reasons we love going to Meadows Pediatrics, friendly professional staff, ZERO wait time (DO NOT BE LATE), Clean and up to date office and equipment, always supply special gifts for the children not just lollypops and stickers. It's like a toy store, And most of all the knowledge that Dr. Nishihara provides as a pediatrician. If you haven't brought your children to see him, you must!

OUTSTANDING! It is 8 am right now, on a Sunday morning, after a long and painful night for my 3 year old (sore throat, fever). Called first thing this morning to get a recommendation for an ER/Quick Care place, got Dr. Nishihara directly, who said, and this is amazing: "see you at 10." To repeat, it's Sunday, to repeat, we actually asked (multiple times) for a referral, and to repeat, he insisted on seeing our little girl. Who does that? Incredibly thorough, calls every weekend after seeing you during the week, staff is all kinds fo awesome. I'm actually a research professor, and know that he stays up on the literature too. Super impressive all around.
