Worst doctor's office around. There is always at least a half hour wait. The staff is rude and there aren't enough people working to actually take care of business. Richard lords will hide behind his computer the entire time you are being "seen." He never remembers anything from any previous visit. He will be demeaning, confusing, and will usually pass the buck to another doctor if there is more involved than a diagnosis of bronchitis. I will not be returning to this office ever again and I advise against going here if you are considering it.

I saw Dr. Lords over a two year period and almost every time I left I wondered what my diagnosis was. He uses his computer to look up issues while you speak to him and I think he uses Web MD. He is bewildering with his lack of knowledge and enthusiasm. I stopped going to him when he told me that a test would cost too much for the insurance company! Beware of US born doctors who go to Med school in a foreign country.

This doctor has shown interest in my problems, but he often comes across as demeaning or shocked that you would try to find a second opinion. I am probably going to try to find someone else, because I don't like being talked down to anymore. He is helpful mostly and is overall friendly. He isn't bad, so don't get that impression, just needs a bit of tweaking in his bedside manner.

spends to much time behind computer he brings into exam room. Does not make eye contact. I do not feel like he makes a connection with me. Not sure if he even hears anything I say - or maybe he just ignores what I say/ask. I am going to find a new physician. Personally, I just don't like him.
