Horrible experience at Cleveland Clinic. Discharged my mom with a horrible cramping in her stomach which was diverticulitis and ended up bringing her back for surgery the next day. Not professional at all and very rude.

Amazing, a full open resection had less pain and recovery than an earlier laparoscopic. Extremely knowledgable. Staff is good but overwhelmed at times. Really cares about his patients.

Highly skilled and well educated in tedious specialty surgeries. He did his fellowship when the ileoanal anastomosis procedures were on the cutting edge. Dr. Potenti was repeatedly recommended to me for these difficult & lengthy surgeries. Excellent communicator. VA
