Lacks empathy , does not communicate and it's like it's all about the money. Horrible experience

Went for MRI appointment, three hour wait, given a gown that was too small I asked three times for a bigger gown, she said you are fine, sent to waiting room with private parts exposed, finally found someone who gave me another gown. Went for x-ray appointment right after, amazingly there was no order placed even though I had made appointment. I was told come back another time, I said no four hour drive for me, was told have it done locally, said no. Left to get dressed and fainted. I was sent to ER and doctor asked me to stay overnight. I was parked in a hallway for six hours. After 6 hours I asked for water and Tylenol. I was told the admitting doctor had to see me first and the ER doctor left. I went 12 hours without water. The admitting doctor was busy and I could not go to a room, eat, drink, or even change into a gown. At midnight I was wheeled into a room temporarily. The admitting doctor just said he was busy. I was sent to observation and did not receive my nightly medication. The ER doctor wanted my heart on a monitor nine hours later I had one. My elbow was black and blue twice it’s size and painful. The doctor said it is not broken or you could not move it. They said they would get an ice pack, never happened until discharge. I did not receive most of my morning medication including insulin. The nurse had insulin but could not give it because pharmacy did not register it. My blood sugar was checked on admission only. The most uncaring place. I saw my doctor for follow up of MRI 5 days later. He showed me the orders for the x-rays.

Please. DON’T. Go Where do I start? Stay far away; their customer service is a complete joke, showing zero respect and keeping you hanging on the phone for what feels like an eternity. They couldn't care less about your concerns unless you're on the brink of death. Lab tests? Well, they've managed to mess that up three times! They don't give a darn about your symptoms or the actual problem; all they want to do is shove pills down your throat. It's an infuriating waste of time and hard-earned money. Steer clear! Never going back again to this place even though is 6 minutes away from my house.

The most incompetent health care system in the world. If you are sick you will likely die before your prescription ifs filled. I have spent 5 hours over 5 weeks to get a simple prescription filled that Dr. Elena Pimanova has in her records. They supposedly called it in 5 different times to the wrong pharmacy and on the 5th try, after being without maintenance meds for 5 weeks, they finally called the correct pharmacy but called in the wrong prescription - again - unimaginable incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don’t even know where to begin. My neurologist referred me to Cleveland Clinic for a diagnosis following a series of debilitating neurological episodes that have been occurring for over a year. I waited 6 months for this appointment and even rescheduled my grandfather’s funeral service for this visit. It was disappointing to say the least when Dr. Salgado came in very close minded and did not seem to believe me about my symptoms despite the fact that all my symptoms were witnessed and documented by other neurologists and medical providers. I was as experiencing a remission at my visit. I have been vomiting for a year and a half and have lost over 30 pounds. These episodes were severe enough to send me to the ER on multiple occasions. The pain, fatigue and tremors have been extreme and again have been occurring for a year. I asked Dr. Salgado about the excess myelin basic protein in my CSF and he seemed like he didn’t even know what CSF and elevated protein levels mean. He said that didn’t mean anything and I will say at a very basic level it should be understood that excess myelin basic protein in CSF is a demylemating condition of the CNS. I have a degree in the field but not the credentials that Dr. Salgado has and both myself and the rest of my medical providers believe that I have a neurological condition. Several of my medical providers who have doctorate degrees in neurology have diagnosed me with a demylemating condition of the CNS and simply sent me to Dr. Salgado for an official diagnosis between MS or NMO. Dr. Salgado was borderline hostile in telling me that there is no neurological condition that fits my symptoms. He advised that my symptoms were probably due to medication interactions. I have been on all the same medications for the last five years and I’m pretty sure my symptoms would be there all the time and not sporadically if it were due to a medication interaction. When I asked for another lumbar puncture or MRI since it had been a year he rudely said “why?” So disappointing. Dr. Salgado had no business being the so called director of the clinic and in my opinion is not a very intelligent individual for being closed minded, uneducated, rude and failing to order appropriate testing to finally give me a diagnosis. Dr. Salgado also doesn’t seem to care for anyone that might have some experience in this area and literally said “there is no neurological condition that fits your symptoms!” He then walked out of the room without even a goodbye or thanks for coming. Shameful.

I had a total knee joint replacement: don't go there for this procedure! Dr Patel did a good job but did not bother t come for the final visit. I was seen for 10' by a physician assistant with the listening skills of an oyster and the empathy of a piece of wood. More importantly there was zero follow up and apparently their pain management protocol is to let the patient figure it by themselves and suffer.Only positive was the nurse who tried her best to help when I called.

Great doctors and hospital. Unless you have Lawrence Hakim as your doctor . Otherwise wise it's a great and caring facility. Just don't recommend seeing Lawrence Hakim,no patience,no class, rushes you in and out of office without a full explanation of a diagnosis. Walking into hallway and out of exam room while he continues to speak to me and I had to basically catch up to him to try and get any answers. Very unprofessional

We have been going to Cleveland C Weston since 2008.. We, my husband and I recognize this hospital has saved his life 4 times and mine once These 5 times after going to ER with serious health conditions. We admire the staff. They work hard and try to make you feel comfortable and safe. We appreciate the attention we have received and continue receiving from Cleveland. Pedro Fabregat and Alicia Cabrera
