Two nurses seem like they don’t genuinely like kids, horrible bed side manner. Dr Dyson told us my son had a hernia and probably needed surgery then had the audacity to tell me,” Don’t worry about it at all.” When I took my son for the sonogram the technician was confused as to why the doctor sent him at all because the symptoms he described (area above penis was puffy..) didn’t make sense as to why he would think he had a hernia. Dyson doesn’t even listen to questions and he rushes through visits. Seems like a nice enough person just wish he would be a little less cocky.

Dishonest billing practices. Was billing the insurance for things that were not addressed in the visit. They also would bill me for copays that I had already paid. He also misdiagnosed several problems, including one that was very serious. Was not pro breastfeeding. Not a good experience. He is very nice, but I am very glad I switched to a different Pediatrician.

Dy dyson is very friendly and professional doctor. He always makes sure my kids are healthy and taken care of. I love hes new two medical assistants but I dislike the new manager. She is very rude and always never acknowledges you but otherwise I love Dr. Dyson!!!!

This guy is awesome!
He is 200% professional and knows what he is talking about. He always greets us on a personal level.
Wait time? What's that? Nice!
Picking up prestigious or getting something in writing, no problem. They are always helpful.
I know he has many patients but he treats us as if we are the only ones.
Great physician, great guy!

After three years visiting multiple doctors that couldn't find any solution to the extremely serious lung problems suffered by my son, Duane detected in three weeks a rare childhood disease, and led the way to a full recovery. Thank's Duane my child is fully healed.

Dr Dyson originally had a great support staff, very personable and on top of the office aesthetics and scheduling. The staff there now seem put out, they are unorganized and the scheduling leaves you waiting in the lobby 30 mins+, which in turn leads to Dr. Dyson being rushed. I also don't feel that my concerns as a parent get adequately addressed unless he feels it's worth being concerned about, he definitely has the knowledge and the personality but there is great amount of room for improvement.

Dr. Dyson is extremely professional, helpful and caring. I interviewed him before my son was born and he is on the same page as I am with regards to medical care and treatment and his office philosophy and availability suit what I wanted. After every visit where my son has had a something major happen (first visit (PKU); circumcision; and shots), he has called to check on how my son was doing. I have been extremely impressed with his dedication to his patients and availability outside of office hours. I can imagine that would be difficult with more...histrionic parents, but he seems dedicated to ensuring that parents aren't left wondering what to do when something goes wrong. I am a huge fan of that! I feel confident that should anything untoward happen, I will be able to reach him and get the information I need. That kind of availability keeps anxious first time parents out of urgent care and emergency rooms and makes for happy parents! I am a fan!

We highly recommend Dr. Dyson. He is very thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of his patients. He provides direct follow-up after each immunizations (2, 4, 6 months check-ups) to ensure everything is well with our little one. We find it comforting to know that even after we've left his office he checks in with us to make sure everything is okay. He is always willing to offer advice that is trustworthy and accurate.

I am so happy my husband met dr Dyson. We love bring Alexandria to see you guys. Her first dr and her office was awful and didn't take the time to figure out what was going on with her. They always just told me to go to the er. Your practice has taking such great care of her and you don't make me feel like a neurotic first time mom. You all have really gone above any expectation i have ever had. I really appreciate all that you have done for her. Thank you for all that you guys do!
