Dr. Wiebe is amazing. Last year I had a pretty serious and emotionally upsetting health issue. He was very thorough medically and, importantly, he was extremely careful to acknowledge my emotions. His caring bedside manner throughout that time solidified my impression that he is a compassionate person as well as a highly competent doctor. I am so very thankful to have him as our GP.

Yes, he is a compassionate man, which is why I started going to him. However, he wrote the wrong dose on my son's prescription but I was suspicious and the error was caught when I asked the pharmacist. Also, he gave me an incomplete physical exam. As a result, I lost faith in him and have not returned.

I would trust Dr. Wiebe with my life; he's incredibly responsive and attentive, the most respectful and sensitive doctor I've ever known. He pays attention to every concern and explains exactly what and why he's doing everything. He's the penultimate professional, who respects as his equal other practitioners in the health care system that some doctors may dismiss (e.g., psychologists, mid-wives). He embraces technology that keeps his practice moving smoothly (tablet PC and wireless networked printers in every office) and makes you confident he is on top of his game. He's particularly great with maternity care, we love him!

Dr. Wiebe is one of the smartest, most knowledgeable, most responsive MDs I have ever encountered. Excellent communication, nice manner, and loved by my teen-aged daughters. Highly recommended.
