Dr. Fan is one of the best physicians of any kind I have seen. She is empathetic, makes an effort to find other resources that can help with any other medical issues you may be dealing with, and whatever she says is to the point. One of this world's wise people, and to meet with her regularly to deal with past trauma and current struggles is truly a healing experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Fan and her MOA Bailey. I have called for last minute prescription refills (my mistake for forgetting and leaving it too long!) and both Bailey and Dr Fan have gone the extra mile to help me. I love how they schedule your appointments for the whole year - I feel secure knowing that I will be able to follow up with her at regular intervals. I went from every other week, to monthly, to every other month, and now I speak to her every 3-4 months.. that is proof to me that her care has helped me over the years. I feel so so lucky to have her on my team. Thank you so much Dr Fan and Bailey!

In Toronto Dr, Fan gave me many sessions to get the best balancee of meds for me, and after 17 years they are still helping me. She is a great listener and often refers back to something you said and you thought she might not have heard. She is kind and supportive, and I think she reaizes that the relationship with the patient is what makes therapy work regardless of the approach. If you need help, I cannot think of a better person to see.

Dr. Fan is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever had. She makes me feel heard, understood and validated always in her calm and wise demeanour. Often too, she will offer advice which is clear and simple in a no-nonsense kind of way. It's even great that we get to share a few laughs. Her memory is astounding; Dr. Fan remembers names, relationships and experiences of mine from years past, and I know she's not quickly studying up between patients, because they're back to back! Dr. Fan is always able to find the positivity while always being honest, straight forward yet non-judgemental. There are many ways also in which she goes the extra mile. I don't FEEL like she really cares; I KNOW Dr. Fan really cares, and that's very special. How lucky am I to have fallen under her care. My life has changed immensely because of her.

Side note: lovely modern, clean and stylish new office and Bailey the receptionist is great too.

From the get go, I knew that I had an excellent therapeutic relationship with Nancy. She is amazing, compassionate, with much empathy. I often feel like I'm having a regular conversation. I feel treated like a peer. All thoughts and feelings are heard and then she quietly guides me in a good direction. I can walk in, really stressed out and leave , so much calmer and feeling that I can handle things. I consider myself extremely lucky, to be under Nancy's expertise. I couldn't possibly find anyone better. Everyone who sees her, feels so very lucky.
Her receptionist, is very efficient. I appreciate her very much.

I have been seeing Dr Fan for almost 10 years. Before that I lived in Montreal where I had a cruel person for a psychiatrist. I thought they must all be like that. Dr. Fan is an angel who has come to save us all (and I am not religious). She is an amazing listener. She is kind beyond words. She remembers everything about your history between appointments. She let's you drive your situation but is fully supportive in the ways you need. I have praised her to everyone I know because she changed my life and indeed may have saved it. I wish everyone could have Dr. Fan or a psychiatrist as compassionate as Dr. Fan. I believe she is no longer taking new patients but if you have the chance to see her, take it. It just may save your life.
