I have had many problems conceiving. I went to see many dr's who told me I could have a child. Finally I called Dr Sim. If it weren'T for him I wouldn't be pregnant today. He treated me without using ANY drugs! All natural. He is extremely knowledgable - A very smart man. At first the office seems dirty, but it's in a really old house. If you actually just sit back and look around, you'll notice that it's not dirty, just eccentric in it's own way. Dr. Sim does things differently. He has his own opinons on things and is a good listener. He's the best Dr. I've ever had.

He is a very old doctor who suppose to be experienced. But he has little patience to listen and sometimes very rude. His office is dirty.

I was 19 years old when I foudn out I was pregnant and was sent to Dr. Sim for an abortion. Luckily, I changed my mind and kept the baby. Dr.Sim ended up dilevering my baby by C-section. he told me my boy was breech at 37 weeks and that there was no chance he would turn. He did NOT offer to turn the baby or to wait as an alternative. He pushed me into a c-section, had it scheduled before I even made a decision to go ahead with it. It was the worst experience of my life! The baby was born way to early and I took forever to heal. Plus, I contracted scabies fromt eh hospital and Dr. Sim told me to use Tiger balm on the bites..huh? He did not make a big deal out of it at all. He does circumsicions very well but over charges. His office is SOOOOOOO dirty, if the is that dirty, I dont think I want him touching me or operating on me in any case. His staff are so rude, and totally unprofessional. I had 2 other children and did NOT return to him and guess what, I did end up having a VBAC!

I have had Dr. Sim as a doctor for over 25 years. He delivered both my children. He has been there for everything including an ectopic pregnancy which was cleared up in emergency surgery at 11 at night. I then had my second child. Yes he talks about himself, office a bit dirty, he is a genious and is extremely knowledgagble in what he does and does think outside of the box. Doesn't always do things the way other doctors do, we need more doctors like him. he saved my life i just can't thank him enough for his dedication.All doctors have had things that go wrong, it happens unfortunately. Dr. Sim has just been around longer more to go wrong but at the same time more to go right there are a lot of people walking around and alive because of him.

I'm a big, big fan of Dr. Sim's. I've seen him for over 20 years, and he delivered my son with ease. I've had a tubal with him, numerous pap's and he spends lots of time with every patient. Dr. Sim really cares. He works from home, sees patients after hours, and it feels like a real "small town doctor." He has pictures of babies everywhere, his wife is often playing her harp outside, so if you want a conventional office this isn't for you. He was the only physician in town who fitted women with cervical caps, he still takes patients without a referral, and is a compulsive couorse taker. Better trained than most doctors in town. I fully endorse him and think he's a fabulous physician. And he has very, very small hands. Smile.

Although Dr. Sim is a bit eccentric verging on weird, and the place is dirty, I found him to be a fine doctor and the service is good too. He does tout himself to be the best and shows you lots of paperwork to prove it as someone else observed, but I never had any provblems with thim.

Dr Sim does come in on weekends and also Holidays...he delivered my first child on a holiday. I went to his office many times at night as a favour to me when I had young children and had to wait for my husband to come home from work. He does think outside the box and is a superb listener which is half or more of being a good diagnostician. His office is very messy and disorganized, but I believe it to be hygenic. He delivered both of my children and was always there in all circumstances even with my general health. In my opion he has made a substantial contribution to medicine. Dr Sim certainly seem to care in all my dealings with him.

Although he was very late... and his office could be a little more modern. He was very nice, and very caring, and got to the bottom of my problem.

He was supposed to do a tubal ligation for me and 4 years later I found out only one side was done.If it wasn't for the statue of limtations i would have sued

Dr. Sims has been my OB for about 23 years now.. he delivered both my daughters...I do agree with other posts that his office is dirty and staff is not that friendly. However, I trust Dr. Sim - has I received to operations from him and all went well... The only fall back I have is he is always late at his appointments.. but hey these days aren't all doctors late for their appointments.
