Dr. Jaffrey and her staff are all very friendly and helpful. As someone looking at scleral contacts for the first time, no question was too wrong, and every answer was helpful. I now see 20/20 again, for the first time since I was 9.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Jaffray and her team in mid Sept/23. What an incredible experience it was, right from walking in the door to leaving after my 2nd appointment later that day (both appointments were on the same day, the 2nd one booked was that same morning). Dr Jaffray was very precise in explaining everything to me and did not rush through either of our appointments. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team for your eye care!

I would highly recommend the team at Focused Optometry. After 5+ years of suffering from dry eye, pterygium and pinguecula and seeing many different specialists and optometrist I was about ready to give up on ever seeing an improvement. Dr. Jaffray was the first to really listen and understand, and I appreciate that she was willing to work with me to try a few solutions. Dr. Jaffray connected referred me to great surgeon and helped me make a decision and treatment plan that was right for me and I'm on my way to a much better quality of life. All the staff are lovely, personable, responsive and never try to rush me out the door.

Dr Jaffray was excellent in providing information regarding my choices for eye lenses for my cataract surgery. I would not have received this information from the opthalmologist's office. Dr Jaffray also diagnosed my double vision and has been very helpful in prescribing appropriate prism lenses for my glasses. She is also very personable and goes the extra mile for her clients. I highly recommend Dr Jaffray for your optometrist!

Have been a client at Focussed Optometry for over 5 years - my whole family - the office staff is phenomenal - so kind, helpful, efficient - great communication! We also love getting our glasses here - great quality & price & again, the staff is fantastic! Dr. Jaffray is great! Really knows her stuff & keeps very updated on all the new treatments & lenses- office is so clean & has the latest eye equipment - we all really enjoy being clients & having our eye needs served here! Dr. Jaffray is great with kids. In addition, after listening to my concerns about my sight, she referred me to an ophthalmologist to ensure I had access to an additional level of care. I highly recommend Dr. Jaffray as a family eye doctor.

Dr. Jaffray and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I arrived for my morning appointment and was immediately greeted at the door by a friendly young woman that was super helpful. Dr. Jaffray was really nice and so knowledgeable about everything. She explained all the results of my exam very clearly and answered all my questions. My family and myself will always visit Dr. Jaffray because she is so friendly and great to talk with, along with her excellent knowledge and advice.
