I had no idea what a periodontist was when I was recommended to see Dr Tuckey but I think I’ve figured it out. It’s a mix of mechanic and artist. Her level of skill is inspiring.

She is an amazing specialist. I have a huge fear of the dentist and recently had a bone graph done and going through the whole procedure of dental implant. She is just amazing at not only how amazing the results have been so far, but her bedside manor and how compassionate and understanding she is with people like me who are big chickens, is just outstanding. She was able to work with me in calming my nerves and I honestly felt like I was in good hands. It's people like her that make getting over your fears a little bit easier.

While I can’t say having any kind of surgery is enjoyable, I felt like I was well taken care of at this office. No complaints and would recommend to anyone finding themselves in need of mouth surgery.

I recently finished a series of surgeries to fix me up after I broke some teeth in a fall. I was referred by my dentist and I was warned that it might take months to get in. Fortunately, the receptionist got me in within a couple days because I had some broken teeth that needed to be dealt with and my dentist didn’t feel comfortable removing them. The first treatment was to remove all the broken teeth and add bone to repair some of the damage. I expected the procedure and healing to be awful so was pleasantly surprised that I only needed to take some Advil for a couple days. The second procedure was to place 3 implants where the broken teeth were taken out and to add gums where they were damaged and thin. That surgery was a piece of cake (what I remember of it anyway as I took sedation)! Once the implants and gums healed, my dentist built teeth on the posts and it all turned out so nicely especially considering how I started. My dentist said he appreciated that Dr Tuckey had taken the time to add bone and gums and made sure the implants were placed properly to support the teeth. He said he’s worked with other surgeons who don’t pay as much attention and that makes his life difficult.

I went for a consultation and found her to be very nasty and dismissed my questions being a waste of her time cause its all on the clock nobody even informed me of her $100 'consulation fee' until like 8 weeks after the visit her three staff that was at the desk could have kindly mentioned the small fee instead of springing it on me she was more focused on cutting the skin between my lip and gum than the actual procedure she said she may or may not carry on with my surgery depending on the day and I thought this is why I came in here is to get my gum looked at and worked on literally nothing was covered so I could barely even make the consult fee without producing some anxiety she was rushed like crazy and when me and my partner asked her question after question she seemed nervous and anxious that we would dare ask her questions, avoid her at all costs !! nice glowing reviews for the witch I chose to wait this out rather than pay the 1k she wants if my teeth worsens I would consider getting the operation just not with her....

Have had one implant procedure completed and one more almost done, have been very happy with Dr. Tuckey and all the staff .... its just the needles I don't like! :)

Felt very confident in her work and analysis of the best procedure for my implant. She helped me off hours even amid Covid-19 virus outbreak. Great assistant and office staff.

All appointments were prompt, staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, the Dr was professional and easy to talk to and ask questions, I never felt like I was being rushed, treatments were skilled and smooth, my comfort was always a priority, follow up was thorough, and the final outcome was excellent. I’m not sure what else one could hope for. A+ all around.
