I can’t find the words to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ravindran and her team. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today and was extremely anxious about it. Dr. Ravindran took her time explaining the procedure to me as well as any questions I had. At no time did I get the impression she was being rushed or was going through protocol. It was such a wonderful conversation as if I was talking to a member of my own family. I felt so comfortable from the time I entered the procedure room. The nurses were so pleasant, kind and comforting. Thank you for making this an incredibly reassuring experience. Fabulous Team!

Dr.Ravindran is an absolutely incredible person. My whole colonoscopy was so easy and I felt extremely comfortable with her kindness, assurance of comfort and her patience. She is a wonderful benefit to the Mackenzie Hospital! So glad I had her!!!

Dr Ravindran was so wonderful and kind before my first colonoscopy. I was very nervous before and she made me feel at ease and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

I had to do a colonoscopy and gastroscopy on February 2nd. I was very nervous and worried about side effects and being put to sleep. I meet Dr Nikila Ravindran and she was so amazing. She is introduced herself, explained the procedure answered all my questions and was just so kind and empathetic. I felt like she actually cared about me. Thank you Doctor Ravindran !!!

One of the best overall experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, dr was welcoming at my procedure and set me at ease right away. Would recommend!
