As I approach another change in my life, retirement, she has help to guide me as I approach that life changing event! I can approach that change with confidence!

My spouse and I have tried various couples therapists but Adele was the first one that actually made a difference! She very quickly taught us the knowledge and skills we needed to start to build a strong relationship going forward. I'm so grateful to have found her as we were giving up hope and now we are optimistic re: our future together.

Adele has had the biggest impact on my life, not just with the work she’s done directly with me, but with the connections she has brought my way to get my physical health in order. She is the most receptive and selfless psychologist I’ve seen, or talked to, and she always puts the patients needs, first. She is mission driven, not commission driven, and she works from a state of passion with a kind heart. I’m blessed to have come across her and highly recommend her to anyone in need of help and support, of any kind, I can almost guarantee that if she’s unable to help you with something, she knows of someone else who can, and she will get you referred to that person. Adele has changed my brain! She was able to assess me in a meaningful and impactful way. I have had a major shift in the way I see myself, my own behaviour, and how I feel based on her assessment. Her strategies are practical and her support is genuinely encouraging. Hope to continue working with her as I progress through my journey.
