professional as well as comforting. Dr Birsila is a
gem - talented, knowledgeable. You get confident, talented treatment and, OMG, painless!

After having some challenges with a past dentist, I joined this family in 2019. I have been quite scared because of past experience, but have nothing but the absolute best things to say about the team, starting with Jennifer, and Yim, at the front desk who are so gracious, and kind and caring, to Rahim, who has been lovely and who has always answered all of my questions, to Dr Birsila and his dental assistant (oh my God, I've forgotten her name, and she is amazing. I'm so sorry!).

I recently had a very small chip on the front of one of my two front teeth. Dr Birsila neither tried to up-sell me when we spoke about options, nor did he force a decision. When I did make up my mind to have the procedure completed, I was extremely nervous and scared. It went SEAMLESSLY, and everything I had asked of Dr Birsila, he made certain to honour.

My little tooth is protected and my smile is back to normal with the resin composite protection he placed on it.

Anything I have to have done in future re any kind of restoration (a cavity to a root canal or even a crown), I have full confidence that Dr Birsila and his team will take the best absolute care of me possible. (And if/whatever new treatment I do have to receive, I will leave reviews re each item separately.)

My anxiety re dental procedures (including x-rays, believe it or not) is completely gone, thanks to Dr Birsila, but very specifically with him alone. I hope I never have to see any dentist but him ever again, as he has my full trust and confidence. He will also have yours.

The reception staff greeted me warmly and courteously. I barely had to wait a few minutes before I was called in to take a seat in the examination room. Dr. Birsila appeared a very short while later. He and his hygienist are very professional and do great work. I went in for a partial denture and it fit perfectly. He also explained everything I needed to do as far as inserting, removing and care and cleaning of the denture.

It was a very good visit.

The practice has really changed since Dr. Earl retired. Seems more like a business now... cleaning appts are more frequent, more x-rays, and I never had any problems with my teeth for years when Dr Earl looked at them and now I have to go back for fillings! This coukd be a coincidence ofcourse, but my parents, brother and husband have all had similar experiences since the new dentists started. I'm sure Dr. Birsila knows what he's doing, but i just dont find him very friendly and seems to be in a rush to get in and out-no time for small chat sorta thing...just not my style. We're going to start the process of looking for another dentist.

I recently broke a tooth and was so sure I will lose it. Dr. Birsila fixed it right away and I had a crown made in the same apointment with the cerec machine ! Very impressive technology! He has great skills and a very nice office!

Very good office. I am very pleased with his work. His team is very friendly as well. I am not stressed at all when I have to go to have my dental work done because I know I am in good hands. I like when he explains me all the steps of the treatment.

1. I broke my front tooth and I called Dr. Birsila. He found the time to see me and he fixed my tooth in the same day. Excellent work and plus, it didn’t hurt at all. Very professional, efficient and nice doctor. I definitely recommend Dr. Paul Birsila
