I saw Dr. Ng several years ago when I was first pregnant. My regular doctor was away on vacation at the time. She didn't believe me when I told her I had taken three different pregnancy tests and made me take another one at her office. When it came back negative, she completely dismissed me. Four years later and I have a four year old daughter. Very dismissive, curt and rude.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Doctor. Both my husband and I have see. Her on a walk in basis. She was able to diagnose an issue with my eyes that even an emergency room Doctor got wrong. She is wonderful and I just wish she was taking new patients.

Doctor Ng, is excellent Doctor! Extremely in all aspects. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Can't say enough about the care she continues to provide to my daughter and I . This doc showed zero knowledge and zero care - this women needs to be removed from the medical license. She is useless if you are looking for medical care.

Saw her twice for my allergy symptoms and requested patch test - refused by Dr Ng, quoted from her "What can you do even if you find the source of allergy? If you find out birch trees are the source, are you able to chop off all birch trees?" - Doc, please there is a treatment called Allergy injection, which is only available when you find out the source of allergy.

My wife also saw her too after repeated knee pain and twists and asked for MRI - again she refused, quoted "MRI are only for late stage cancer patients, not for a youngster with a mild knee pain". We went to see a sports medicine specialist and got MRI done with no problem. It turned out to be that my wife had a ACL torn, and a surgery is needed.
