RUDE. She is so arrogant and condescending that it is sickening. She has NO interest in our health just the paycheque.

If I could write a rating on this doctor and how awful of an experience I had it would be about 10 pages long. She gave me the wrong medication that sent me to emergency, the medication was so strong it could of killed me.

My family needed a new doctor and she was available. Almost everytime I called the office, it would take 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone if I could get anyone to answer at all. There were days no one would pick up the phone at all. Almost every appointment we scheduled was rescheduled the day before or the day of the appointment. When we did get in to see her, we waited 30-60 minutes to get in to see her. The last visit I had, I was there an hour in the waiting room before informing the front staff that I needed to leave. I was told for the second time that I was the next person, so I shouldn't leave and that it would only be 15-20 more minutes. There was no effort by the staff to try to reschedule me, but pissed off reactions that I would dare to leave an appointment without seeing the doctor. We tried to call to cancel my kids appointments (that had been rescheduled twice) and were not able to get through to a person. Then when my husband went in that day, she berated my husband for not cancelling my kids appointments and that she lost appointment time. There was no questions as to why we cancelled the kids appointments, so no concern about their health. I understand doctors can sometimes have things that come up that mess with their schedule, but this was a consistent problem and there was no effort by her staff or her to acknowledge or respect others' time.

I was worried after reading the reviews but honestly found her to be quite personable, easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. She was great with my baby and gave me a lot of good information. No complaints. It was nice to have a doctor who took her time with us.

I’d rather not give this fail of a doctor any stars. No wonder she is taking patients, they all leave! She was terrible, horrible bedside manner, 40 mins late and dismissed me and told me to go to a clinic closer to home. This is a sad excuse for a physician!! I have reported her to The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta!

Poor bedside manner and not very personable. At the height of Covid, she did not bother to wear a mask during the examination.

Absolutely hands down the worst doctor my family and I have ever had. Improperly prescribed medications to me and 2 other family members resulting in debilitating side effects - one of which landed a family member in the ER twice. Ineptitude beyond a level I have ever seen.

I was a patient of Kay's back in 2019, she was the worst doctor I have had. She didn't really care about me as a person or anything I had to say. I have been battling anxiety and depression all my life and she was the first doctor I had brought this up to, I was told that I was fine (newsflash, I'm not.) and then she asked my if I smoked weed because of what highschool I went to.. like she almost didn't believe me when I said no. Also, when I went to my new doctor, they had brought up my file and there were things on there that never happened... which is crazy. Kay doesn't care about her patients, which to me, isn't a doctor. Don't waste your time on some free trauma and invalidation.
