The worst doctor I have ever met.
She is so rude and has poor knowledge. Please don’t go to her.
Waited over an hour with an appointment. She popped quickly into the room and said she is extremely busy so I need to book another appointment if I need to discuss anything. She will refer you to an internal medicine specialist at her clinic just so she can get a referral. He was the worst I ever seen..
Front staff is the horrible as well. They kept mixing up my profile with someone else.
The clinic is a total mess!
Please see another doctor!

This is my third visit with her as most of my booked appt is always been cancelled by the clinic because she is not in. Came with a request to help me with my sleeping issues. She told me that I didn't need the sleeping meds as that is not going to help me. She identified that I came to her and that she recommends antidepressant as I scored high on scale she made me fill out. I am hesitant to take antidepressant meds and asked her about the effects and told her that I am not comfortable taking this meds. She told me that I had only booked 15 minutes for the check up and that she needs to see other clients. She proceeded to tell me that if I want to take the meds I can just book another appointment. If a person with depression is treated like this in this clinic, I just can't imagine how well they will do after living this clinic. She was even with a practicum student and the way she treated her patient was very rude. I wish I have read all the reviews about her before I even accepted her to be my GP. I hope that others will be able to see this comments before they decide to see her, she is arrogant and condescending. People who suffers with mental illness will definitely get worse with the way she treats her patients.

Very arrogant, poor knowledge. Only in Canada you can find these type of “doctors “. Unacceptable behaviour. I went with serious issues even high blood pressure. Not even a prescription. Why this is acceptable.

Very unprofessional clinic, crazy waiting room with reception staff unable to communicate well and handle patient requests. Waited over 40 minutes for the doctor. Only 1 staff member and 1-2 patients were masked despite a sign on the front door saying masks are mandatory - concerning that they don't care to protect themselves and others from respiratory illness in a medical clinic. Would not go back.

She cancel my appointments all the time. Even cancel it two hours before the appointment. She's rude and has no punctuality at all. She doesn't care about her patients. She's accepting new patient because everybody is leaving/left hanging under her care.

She was very rude and condescending to me. First of all this is a walk in clinic and I walked in. I was feeling nauseous and told the staff who pointed out the nearest washroom. I waited for about 15 or 20 minutes and they put me into another room to wait for the doctor. I waited in that room for over half an hour and then she came in briskly saying”What are you doing in this room? I have three other patients waiting for me?” Dumbfounded I could only answer I don’t know because I believed this to be a walk in clinic. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics and as I was leaving she exclaimed “NOW I can get back to my patients “. I had to go to emergency room and the dr said the dosage she prescribed would not have done any good. So in retrospect I feel she did not do her job. She basically threw a prescription at me to get rid of me. Why are we allowing these doctors to get away with this? Why is Alberta Health Care paying these people? She really should change professions.

She’s the only GP in my area accepting patients. My first meeting with her I left feeling apprehensive as it seemed like she wanted an appointment booked for every topic I wanted to discuss. My next appt I waited over an hour before being seen by nurse then another 30 before seeing the doctor. When I did see her she made me feel as though I was a child being scolded. She was dismissive and demeaning and don’t tell her you’re seeing a naturopath because she will openly bash them. I’m in school to become a psychologist and will be keeping this experience in mind as to how I do not want my patients feeling. Am actively looking for another GP.
