I received treatment which included surgery for thyroid cancer. This was the second surgery for this diagnosis as the first surgery was successful but indicated the necessity to remove the second half of the thyroid. This second surgery was also successful and is the basis for this review. The entire process from the initial appointment for consultation through the actual surgery to the follow up appointments and to the final successful disposition of the treatment was exemplary and outstanding for its courteous and professional service. From Doctor D, to all the assistants and nurses, the quality of care and attention to my concerns was without question first rate and of the highest level. I have no issues with any aspect of my treatment from Doctor D and her team. The quality of care I received at Hospital was also of the highest standard. The only quibble in the treatment I received at Hospital was the wait for a hospital room after the surgery was completed. Although I was told prior to surgery that I would require an overnight stay for recovery and monitoring, the room I believe that was originally reserved for me was released and I was required to wait in the post surgery recovery area until another room was available, which did not become available until after 6:00 PM. This was beyond the responsibility and control of Doctor D and I hold her completely without fault or blame for this inconvenience. This was the only instance of any kind of issue in my treatment and I would classify it as merely a slight annoyance. I would nevertheless rate the quality of the services I received and the quality of care as excellenT

Dr. Diamanti and his staff are some of the friendliest, most professional people I have ever encountered in the field of medicine. I was greeted promptly as I arrived at the clinic, the paperwork was explained to me quickly and efficiently, and the staff even made sure to mention that I may have to wait for the doctor to arrive in the exam room, as he would be making his way to me following an early morning surgery. The wait for the doctor to arrive was not long, he was energetic, welcoming, and rather than being the type of doctor who "takes the time he feels he needs" to complete the exam, he really allowed me to take the time that I needed, to ask questions, and get clarification on instructions. I was very impressed with Dr. Diamanti and his staff and would not hesitate to recommend the ENT clinic and Dr. Diamanté to anyone who may need their services.

I was told I had polyps by 3 different doctors before I was referred to Dr D. After a quick exam, Dr D actually found the real cause of my issues and diagnosed me with enlarged turbinates and deviated septum and explained that I would require surgery to straighten my septum and reduce the size of my turbinates. The procedure was done under general anesthesia in September 2017 and the after care (removal of splints and follow up) was excellent. Dr D is professional and approachable. All in all, my experience with Dr D was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. D addressed my medical issue competence and explained everything carefully. I was treated very respectfully by Dr. D. The wait time was very short and I was in and out very efficiently. I will recommend Dr. D for certain. Great office staff too!

Taking my 6 year old to Dr Sdralis was a very positive experience. Initial (and all subsequent) contact with the office was easy - the staff are wonderful. The first appointment was thorough. Dr Dia was kind and he made my daughter feel comfortable and calm. He read her fears well and gave gentle feedback and advice on options for treatment or surgery without causing her anxiety. There was no pressure but ample information and the kindest offer to contact with any questions whenever needed. A genuine, caring and considerate professional who was never too busy to answer my questions. My daughter ended up having tonsils and adenoids removed. She now sleeps soundly - no more snoring and no more waking unsettled. No more sore throats/twitching nose and no more trouble eating. The recovery was quick. I recommend asking for Dr Dia if you need an ENT. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend him.

AMAZING!!! This man changed our life!!! Our 4 year old boy suffered severely from disturbed sleep due to significantly enlarged tonsils. His snoring and breathing issues at night were challenging for him, his energy levels and behaviour would decline as the day wore on as Dr D stated "he'd be exhausted". Dr D took the time to really understand our concerns, he asked us lots of questions, checked him over thouroughly, he also listened to the audio we'd captured and before we knew it, we were in. We had an overnight stay at the Epworth in Richmond. The nursing staff there were amazing, very supportive and understanding. The road to recovery is short but tough, Dr D was there every step of the way. He was contactable 24/7 literally, no questions was to big or small. A few months on now and we have a very happy, well rested, 4 year old on our hands. The difference in his energy levels and behaviour is amazing. We're still getting use to not being able to hear the snoring throughout the house at all hours of the night :) But we're so happy and pleased with our choices and decisions made. Would highly recommend Dr Diamanti and his team!

Dr Diamanti is nothing short of brilliant. He is very down to earth and easy going. He is very PATIENT approachable and TRUSTING, which is the MOST IMPORTANT when it comes to me and my children. He is a great communicator and thorough. His staff have been very polite and very accommodating. I came to him through a recommendation and I am very very pleased.

Dr. D is professional, thoughtful and overall a fantastic Doctor. After many many months of frustration and confusion, Dr. D was able to find and cure my vocal nodules and he given me the ability to sing once again. He is a fantastic surgeon, leaving me with absolutely no scaring at all. Over two years later and my singing voice has never been better. He has given me the ability to do what I love again and be even better than before. I definitely would recommend him. He is a caring, and always makes sure he is available whenever needed. I am very thankful for all he has done for me.
