I was an extremely nervous patient.... terrified. DR BIRD explained everything that involves a root canal and my options. He was compassionate to my fears and concerns. He was gentle with the procedure. I FELT NOTHING! I couldn't be more pleased!!! Excellent Endodontic!!!! Dr Bird was an excellent experience at Endodontic Associates.

I have never had such a great experience with having dental work done. I have always had to have a second shot of numbing medication when the procedure begins, so Dr. Bird made sure I was absolutely numb. I have such high anxiety regarding dental visits (who doesn't?!), but I truly did not feel ANY pain. He was fantastic with distracting me during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. He explained everything. Also, I've never been to a dentist or endodontist and had such a nice view. There is a huge window to look out of to see beautiful landscaping. Due to prices being listed on their website, I knew the cost before I ever entered the building. When I left, I was surprised to receive a rose and tube of lip balm. This practice KNOWS what good customer service is. I hope I never have to have major dental work done again, but if I do, this is definitely where I am going.

I had half of a root canal done at my local dentist. He was unable to get me completely numb so I was in a great deal of pain. Half way through the procedure he decided that he would need to refer me to an endodontist due to my canal making a "S" shape. Having a dentist tell you he has to stop during a procedure to send you else where is like getting half a hair cut and waiting a week for someone else to finish it. Needless to say my anxiety level was peeked. The staff at Dr. Bird's office quickly calmed my nerves. I must say I felt no pain during the procedure. Dr. Bird was great at letting me know what was going on and continually checking on me. His staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. So if you are like me would rather fight a lion in a rattlesnake den than go to the dentist I suggest you give Dr. Bird and his staff a call. (405)748-6000.

This was a referral from my long time dentist. Staff gave me details on what was to be done and estimates on how much my insurance would cover. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bird did an excellent job on performing my root canal and I was pain free during and after the procedure. He took his time to answer my questions and I would definitely recommend this specialist for difficult issues a your local dentist may not be able to perform.
