It is my pleasure to give Dr. Dalgorf a high rating. His medical skill and his calm, courteous manner resulted in the successful removal of a large tonsil stone.
His questions at the beginning of the appointment were to the point and he kept me informed and calm through each step of the procedure (which was not always pleasant).

Dr. Dalgorf’s bedside manner could use a little polishing. He tends to use language geared more to his colleagues than to his patients. I also found the appointment quite rushed. I left somewhat confused by his diagnosis of my issue. Nevertheless he is most certainly knowledgeable and I’m sure he does great things for patients whom his bedside manor clicks with.

In 2015 I went there as my breathing issues during the night were taking over and I said to myself I will present the typical sleep apnea symptoms which I had plus my obstructive breathing in one nostril which I had but try to push for a sleep study. I am a doctor but don’t like to say that as everyone should be treated the same. As I didn’t have the typical physique and side symptoms of someone with sleep apnea the Dr didn’t want to go for sleep study, tried with nasal sprays and as nothing was working he said to me: „you just want to push me into an operation.“ I was shocked as I never had the word operation or surgery in my mouth and said to myself as soon as I can I want to have nothing to do with this guy. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, not the nicest one. Were the breathing issues already a sign of that? My breathing and sleep are by far better since my surgery. That’s all I can say. Look for someone else if you need an ENT doctor.

I waited for my appointment while he was dealing with some sales people. I would think that patients should come first. I had a CT scan over one month ago and have never heard back. Maybe he is helpful and knowledgeable haven't seen anything yet

This doctor was direct, gave options, explained my procedure well and the medical assistant was top notch. He is not warm and fuzzy but was very professional.

Stay Away !
If you’re referred by your DR ask for another choice.
Very abrupt, rushed, rude and dismissive.
Also, the office doesn’t return calls even after numerous requests for follow up.

Saw him 4 times. Well done. Carrying, right to the point. I came with the list of questions written. He answered them 100%. He even answered my question after I left his office.

To negative reviewers: dont expect him to lecture and explain. I's not his job. Come prepared. Read and learn. You may disagree with his opinion but that does not make him a bad doctor. Seek second opinion if you disagree. Consider maybe you are not correct.

I can see ratemds becomes an opportunity to slap back at MDs. Comments are not objective. If doctor is rushing, is this bc maybe you came not prepared and cannot use medical jargon, not prepared to discuss and ask questions?

Unfortunately these negative reviews ring true. He was very short and dismissive with my husband and I. The appointment was for my 2y old son whom he never even acknowledged or said hello to. He didn’t even examine him before recommending surgery and then telling us it’s a year + wait so we had better get on the list asap and rushed us out the door. We waited for over an hour to spend 3 mins in his office. We left feeling very uncomfortable about the recommended procedure and certain we would not trust him to perform it. We’ll be seeking an alternative referral. FWIW I’m white, my husband is a POC and my son is mixed - I only mention in reference to the other reviews citing different treatment towards POC. I truly hate to think that is a factor and prefer to believe he just has truly awful people skills. Either way, find yourself a different doctor.

If your family doctor suggests him as am ear/nose/throat specialist beg them for anyone else but him. He is the most unfriendly doctor I have ever met and doesn't have the time for you to explain what your issues are. He thinks he knows what it is just based on the notes the doctor sent him. If you try to tell him your symptoms he is argumentative and dismissive. you feel like he thinks you are making it up. I have been there 3 times and never once has he smiled or made the slightest bit of effort to be friendly. I have never been exposed to such a rude, arrogant doctor. Pompous, he thinks he is better than his patients.

Very racist and inconsiderate doctor.. he doesn't listen to patient concerns at all and is always eager to rush out patients after the procedure is done. No post operation advices or management . After visiting his office .. I feel like my condition has worsen as I had to be rushed off to ER twice due to alot of blood loss.. while performing surgery he had somehow ruptured my blood vessels and did not care to aid me in my recovery or try to do da needful. I am preparin to sue him and his negligence
