Dr. Pascali himself is kind and knowledgable and he listened to my concerns. I would say his follow-up with patients is lacking. If you miss a call from him there is no way to reach him. I was shocked that his office was closed due over two weeks over the holidays with no on-call doctor to call in case you had important but non urgent questions. The answering machine did not provide any instructions on who postpartum women should call in this case.

He also only came to see me once during a week long stay at the hospital with no indication of when and if I would see him to discuss my labour and postpartum care.
