This office puts patient care last. The staff's primary concern is their own interests. Office procedures are highly bureaucratized. NO ONE IS LISTENING OR PAYING ATTENTION. Many mistakes are made, the ball is dropped continually, the physicians are protective of staff who are rude, unprofessional, and ineffective. There is no accountability. While Dr. May himself is relatively caring, he gave referrals for specialists who are poorly rated.
