Double mis-diagnosis: Went in for ear infection and groin discomfort. Assured me that ear was fine (although it hurt horribly - especially after he poked it) and diagnosed me with hernia, referred me for surgery. Surgeon laughed (I don't have a hernia), and another doctor figured out the ear problem. Dr Burton is a nice guy, but I'm not eager to go back after such an incompetent experience.

Dr Burton is very personable, you feel that he cares and really makes an effort to help. You do feel you are dealing with someone one on one, NOT a one sided cold relationship like I have experienced in the past with other doctors

I just say Dr. Burton for the first time a few weeks ago, and he was very helpful! I went in, told him my concerns, and he gave me some really good suggestions. Also, he has an awesome staff and it was very easy to get in with no waiting time at all! Perhaps this will change soon since he is a new doctor and hasn't established a large number of regular patients, but none the less, I was very impressed.
