Nice enough guy, personable, but ultimately didn't provide me any real help. He recommended several tests but when we discussed probability and cost effectiveness decided they weren't necessary or really helpful. The appointment alone was incredibly expensive. I usually get out of Urgent Care for about $75-125 an appointment but a 15 minute appointment where Dr. Spinelli checked my neck, listened to my heart, and discussed a few issues cost $350. I'm sorry, but that's too much! When I called the office certain that there had been a mistake they said the extra charge was because I was new and they did a "comprehensive" exam...but it really was just a standard doctor visit. Urgent Care all the way from here on out!

Fantastic physician. Smart, up to date, caring. Not afraid to tackle complicated cases. Takes the time to get to know you and your health concerns. Follows up with personal calls and is always willing to explain what's going on. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent doctor who is no-nonsense, very professional and focused; up to date on newest procedures and medicines that may benefit the patient; follows up with frequent phone calls and correspondence to make sure patient get blood work and other exams done as preventative and maintenance measures. Highly recommended.
