i went to see Lili for my knee pain, and Acne problems. After few treatment the pain level reduces from 10 to 4. she also provided me a lot of information about eating healthy. my Acne went away. i was surprise with the result. i have been to a dermatologist that couldn't help me at all. i would recommend her and her office to other people. the staffs are so helpful and nice

I went to Lili for 10 acupuncture treatments for my foot in 2015 through my insurance, Anthem Blue Cross. In January 2016 my orthopedist recommended that I get orthotics to help ease my chronic foot pain. In order for Anthem Blue Cross to approve the orthotics, they requested to see Lili's medical notes for my treatment. Lili's office responded that they would not provide the notes unless they first received a check for $50. This is the first time I've been to a doctor of any kind that made such a demand. The insurance company will not pay it, and I am not willing to pay it because there is no guarantee that the orthotics will be approved. As a result, Lili's policy of putting profits before patients will make it harder for me to get the help I need. For this reason, I cannot recommend her services.
