Dr TJ is very hit or miss. I find that about half of the time I leave feeling content and the other half I leave so confused about who I just met with and whether I need to find another family doctor. She can be so harsh, dismissive, and difficult to be around. I never know what I’m going to get.

Dr. Talbot Jones is the BEST doctor. She is always very thorough and knowledgable. If she runs late it's because she takes the time to answer all your questions and cares about her patients. I feel VERY fortunate to have her as my physician.

Front desk very friendly. Dr. TJ very rude and not compassionate at all. The wait times are atrocious and no apology for ruining 2++ hours late. Ridiculous, better off going to a walk in doctor.

The negative reviews on here are hard to believe. Dr. T.J. is so thorough with everything she does from asking about family history to taking the time to listen, and find solutions for all my health issues. She genuinely cares about her patients. Jackie at the front is always very welcoming and helpful.

I like Dr. TJ as a person but I did consider changing doctors because of her issues with punctuality. I have been the first appointment in the morning and still been kept waiting for 45 minutes because someone without an appointment was seen first because it was urgent. I have walked out at least 3 times without seeing her, in the hopes that setting boundaries with her would improve her treatment of me but she doesn't seem to notice. I would like to comment that I am also a busy professional and self-employed. Time literally translates to money earned or money lost so it is infuriating to sit in reception mentally calculating how much it is costing me to sit there.

I am still in shock over how I was treated today by Dr TJ. I have been a patient of hers for at least 5-6 years and followed her to her 4 different locations (this makes sense now why she may have left). Today my 6 yr old daughter had an appt at 11:30. We waited and waited and then I heard the receptionist say the doctor wasn't even in the office yet. She said she had no idea where the doctor was. After 25min we decided to leave as there was also another person waiting and we had other commitments. I asked the receptionist to have the doctor call me when she got in to let me know what happened. Big mistake. She called and ripped me a new one for daring to ask for an explanation and ended with 'find you and your daughter a new doctor' and hung up on me. I was in tears afterwards. I was not remotely combative on the phone, she barely gave me a chance to speak. She did not care one bit that she missed our appointment. Incredibly unprofessional and downright mean.

I have been with Dr.TJ for over 5 years now and she is the most caring doctor I have ever come across. She never rushes me and is a great advocate for me. Her front desk staff however is atrocious. If I was a new patient and didn’t know how amazing Dr. TJ is I would probably never go back just because of her. She is incredibly rude.

Fantastic doctor, takes the time to listen my concerns. Discuss all my investigations for a concern and educated me on the anatomy of the area of concern. Always let’s me know next steps.
Her staff Jackie is very friendly, helpful and prompt in her response. Dr TJ also has 7 walk in spots on the same day for her patients if they have urgent issues. So many of my friends can not get in to see their doctor during covid, I have not had that issue with Dr TJ.
