Dr Rubens is one of the most capeable people I have ever been associated with. He saved my life twice. Once with bypasses and recently with valve replacement. His demeanor is approporate, straight forward amd excellently suited to his good work. I hope to not have to use his services again but if need be He would be the only one to operate on me.

Dr. Rubens saved my life. I came from SK to have a pulmonary thromboendarterectomy--he took the time to put me at ease, explain the procedure and the risks and was very patient with my mom who came with me. He was very diligent with his post-operative care and made sure I was home ASAP without jeopordizing my health. I was in extremely bad shape before I met Dr Rubens and now am living a normal, healthy life. Thanks so much.

Operated on my husband September 2006.Excellent doctor, very nice, took time to talk to us and explain things. Went to hear him sing last Sunday *Bel Canto* very very good tenor with Soprano Dr. Stephanie Brill, what an afternoon, my husband and I had tears in our eyes. Great surgeon with a passion for singing opera. Keep on singing doctor i'm sure it is good for you and also in the long run, helps your patients. Congratulations!

Very grateful for this skilled surgeon. Was a bit disappointed by his abruptness and felt that he wanted to share his information but not listen to keenly to questions. Given his skill this can be tolerated if not overlooked.

Cardiac Surgeon, This man is brilliant, but he is rude and short with the nurses and needs to work on his bedside manner.
