I met Dr Brian Courtney at Sunnybrook Hospital after I was admitted for unstable angina. Dr Courtney was very professional, very polite, very considerate and very compassionate. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and courteous he was, by his excellent bedside manner and I also appreciated his good humour.
