Dr Mattar was a great doctor, he was able to treat my wife when no other doctor could figure out what was causing her pain. We miss him! Where is he now so he can help us again?

This is why Mattar has left practice. Heβs been disciplined by the regulator and has restrictions on his ability to practice.

Incredibly dismissive and a showed complete unwillingness to hear out my concerns. Treated as if I was wasting his time.
Was openly rude toward his office assistant, with no concern for who witnessed. Despite being only patient in waiting room and walking by numerous times, made no apologies for keeping me waiting 35 minutes.

Just a rude insensitive person all around. He is rude to patients and staff within the hospital. He lacks respect and compassion for anyone!

Absolutely the rudest doctor. Tried to ask questions and was cut off. Gave the wrong medication - pharmacist noticed this advised to see GP before taking. Told he would not answer questions Kept the door open so others could hear the consult. Dismissive and condescending. . The clinic at GNGH was disorganized and the staff was rude.

dr. Mattar. Ordered a digital check for me and went ahead and sectioned my prostate on his own and had a nurse complete the paper work to cover himself. AndI have problems ever since. Go elsewhere. Ed law

I found him to be caring and attentive. He prioritized my surgery and took care of all my stones.

Did a great job on my hydrocell in July 2019. Trying to locate him again for the other one. He is a no nonsense type. More like Judge Judy unlike Dr. Phil.
