I waited about 20 minutes. The technician who checked me for glasses was friendly and knew what she was doing. I had to wait while my eyes dilated. Dr. Becker was thorough. He had the test results on his computer already and his charts are all electronic. He seems to enjoy gettin g to know his patients-not just their eyes. I ordered glasses and got them in just over a week. I could have spent less elsewhere, but these are really nice and the lenses are perfect. I will definitely go back next year.
