Office was quick and efficient at accepting the referral and booking the appointment a week later. Dr Kandasamy was a 2nd opinion after the initial consult with another ENT who was entirely uninformed on the condition at hand and its surgincal and non-surgical management options and actively made the situation worse. Dr Kandasamy was patient, informative, and actually cared about addressing the problem and improving quality of life.

Office staff Sylvia etc are rude and dismissive, they will be the reason this Dr gets a complaint to the college, their actions and lack care cause patients to suffer unnecessary complications. This Doctor used to be one of the best when he had proper support staff. Now he and his staff appear they could care less. If you want to be able to depend on your surgeon then do not get referred to this doctor!

this doctor is apparently ear doctor but limited knowledge about ear health problems
makes diagnosis without carefully looking at your medical record which increases errors but he doeasn't care about errors and damage to patient
is ringing in ear a problem for long time many years? yes it is but his doc says it is OK and normal just tolerate it
no experience not enough care about your safety unprofessional incompetent
don't go to this doc for ear, you will need to see another ear doctor or your GP to deal with problem
"there's nothing I can do for you" is ignorance by doc
OK then I go to get healthcare service for ear and hearing loss from the bakery in my area
clinic in shepard east is like a mess, very disorganized poor service and bad administration
in 2 hours sitting there to see this doc a few clients confronted with staff as they were so angry for negligence or other bad behavior and service by staff and doctors, their appointments were lost in computer system etc
even if you sit full day in that waiting room nobody comes to help and ask you what you are doing here, it seems normal there
when your appointment is set at 10 am and doc see you at 12 why they do not set appointment for 12? they enjoy to see you suffering in waiting rooms for hours? why? inhuman treatment
dont go to this clinic, ask your GP to refer to another clinic with normal caring service

I don’t normally leave reviews, however this time I will make an exception. I saw dr kandasamy regarding my swollen cheek. He ordered a ct scan (it took me forever to even get the results. (Trying to get the results is a whole different story) he sent me to my skin doctor. (For scar tissue on the top of my cheek.. which lets keep in mind that’s not even the area I was talking about) When I went to my skin doctor she looked as though I had three heads and told me that my skin is healthy and there is nothing wrong with my skin. She is the one who actually found out what the problem. Told me that I need to see a head and neck specialist (which this doctor happens to be). He turns around and tells me that “there is nothing I can do. (Let’s keep in mind I have also spoken to my dentist, thinking they might be able to help. Nope they told me the same thing. I need to see a head and neck specialist) I don’t know how he thinks having a cyst, swollen lymph nodes and fluid inside my cheek is normal and nothing can be done to fix it is beyond me. I also don’t think he has looked at the MRI results (which is what he should have sent me for to begin with not a ct scan ). I have had this cyst in my cheek for three years now and it just keeps growing. It’s starting to hurt (it’s not small from my skin doctors reaction to touching it and showing my how to massage it)

Again I’m not the type to leave reviews… good or bad.

The doctor is good, not great, which would be fine but you can't actually see him. It takes forever to get an appointment and when you do you will be waiting for over an hour. Have had a few appointments, always an hour plus wait time, even if you go in the morning. Makes it worse that many of his patients are young kids, so it feel extremely disrespectful and rude to make parents with little kids wait ridiculous amounts of time. Very disappointing.

My appointment was less than 5 min. Dr Kansas any barely looked at me. He was preoccupied typing into his computer. Did not offer any solutions to my problem. Cut me off when I tried to ask questions. I do not recommend this doctor.

This doctor does not have much experience with sinus issues. Did not send me for a CT scan. Has no knowledge of internal nose problems. Had cheap endoscope to look inside nose. No screen was attached to endoscope. All this seemed very cheap. Seems like the clinic does not have enough funds.

I was referred to Dr.Kandasamy by a friend and then requested that my famuly physician rege

A friend recommended that I get a referral to Dr. Kandasamy and I am so glad I did. He is by far the best ENT I have ever seen and I have seen many. He is incredibly sharp and knowledgeable and very patient-focused. He has that rare combination of being both highly skilled and caring.
