As a long-time allergy patient with ENT, I needed to see one of ENT doctors in the office. I developed a sinus infection and saw Alice Kufs NP She was very helpful by explaining why I was having so much pain and pressure on my face and ear- A Sinus Infection! She took her time with me and answered all my questions even when I asked the same question more than once. She prescribed medication for my sinus infection and said she wanted to see me in 4 weeks to see for a follow up to see if the sinus swelling and infection was gone. Alice was very calming and took her time and rush me out the door. She told the receptionist to put me on her schedule for my follow up appointment even though she was booked solid.

Alice Kufs is by far the most caring doctor I have ever seen. She treats me like a person, answers all questions, and takes her time hearing patient concerns. HIGHLY recommend.

I had an appt for my son to see Alice Kufs at 5:45 in her Levittown office. I had the wrong address and was going to be 10 mins late so call her office at 5: 55 to get the correct address and tell them I was running late,. At that time i was just a few minuets away. I was then told by her staff that because I was going to be 15 min late that my son can no longer be seen and wound have to reschedule. I explained that I was just down the block and could not reschedule because my son had to go back to college on sunday . I found this very unprofessional, the office staff were not companionate or accamadating at all. I asked to speak to Alice and they told me that she said that she will not see my son because she wanted to leave the Office early because tommorw is thanksgivening. If she wanted to leave early she should not have scheduled on appt for 5:45.

Alice is a great doctor she is very personable, she treats her patients like one of her family members, I would recommend her to my family and friends

This was my first visit to an ENT, so I didn't know what to expect. I have never been so confident with a doctor before Alice. She is clearly extremely bright and also very personable. While I have a long road ahead to get back to health, I left her office feeling extremely optimistic - something I haven't felt in a long time. Great doctor!
