I’d love to be able to recommend Dr. Lindstrom but the front office manager, Amy, makes it impossible. She is extremely rude to patients and unsympathetic to any situation that may occur to cause a cancelation of an appt. I completely agree that any no-show no-calls have a right to a fee. I had to cancel my daughter’s voluntary follow-up, that I didn’t necessarily need to go to, because she was running a very high fever. Amy is more worried about charging a $50 fee than losing patients and many recommendations from their patients. Kindness goes a long way and the way she talks to anyone that walks through the door, blows my mind. I over heard her talking to a man this morning and condescendingly calling him “honey” while cutting him off and wouldn’t listen to what he had to say. He seemed frustrated. Everyone else in the office seemed to be great, but one bad egg can be detrimental to a business. I will be sharing my honest review of this office to any and everyone I know.

Looks for all possible causes of my condition, doesn't just take previous MD word for it. He does move quickly, but that may reflect patient schedule, not his style...

I recently was seen by Dr. Lindstrom. He knows his stuff and is very professional. Though i thought he may have rushed through things a bit quickly maybe that's just the way ENT stuff works having not been to an ENT since i was a child probably. He even offered advise on another illness i was having nothing to do w/ ENT, that was most appreciated. I would personally recommend him though not all Osler Doctors are the same.

Dr. Lindstrom was so great. He saw my 7 year old, and made jokes to make her feel less nervous about surgery. He was happy to answer all of our questions, was on time, very professional. The office staff is very nice and also great with kids. Dr. Linstrom has great bedside manner, and isn't stiff and closed off like a lot of doctors. He is warm and welcoming, and makes you feel at ease.
