From the beginning I was impressed! The office administration staff were very friendly and helpful over the phone. Because we are in a particular health fund we receive a higher refund, fantastic! On the day of operation I found Penny Laskey very informative towards me and very, very patient and comforting towards my young child. Totally RECOMMEND!!!
