I went to see Dr. Wood for a hernia operation. She was recommended to me by my GP. Both the pre-operation office visit and the actual surgery were a VERY positive experience. Dr. Wood is wonderful as a person and great as a surgeon. Given that I am not an "experienced" patient, I was nervous about the operation. But Dr. Wood made me feel relaxed, and she and her whole team completed the operation without any problems or concerns.

Not sure why Dr. Wood is listed as an OB. I saw her as a Surgeon for a hernia operation. I went to her in part from a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. Very good office manner. Operation quickly schedule - as best can be expected in our system. Went into the operating room on schedule was out, alert and ready to go home before I expected. I was very impressed - was told by the nurses subsequently that I was very fortunate to have had her. I agree! Was working for a half day at home one day later. Took about 3 or 4 T3's in total.
