I can't say enough good things about dr. Juskiewicz. he did surgery on my son to repair his oesophagus and removed 8 polyps (non cancerous) from my digestive tract.

Top notch surgeon. He saved my husbands life. When My husbands surgery at the World renowned clinic, Shouldice Hospital, in Toronto did not go well, Dr. Juszkiewicz preformed an emergency surgery on my husband. We feel so fortunate to have had this surgeon and our only regret is that we should have had this Doctor preform the initial surgery, instead of flying across the country. Do not hesitate to go to this surgeon. He also saved a friend of mines life, who had been diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Juszkiewicz is the very best and we are lucky to have him in Campbell River. Heaven sent!

Woke up with a tremendous shoulder pain. Thought a peritoneal lavage would have helped. I don’t think he controlled the CO2 levels. I have a tremendous tolerance for pain but this was the worst I had ever felt. He did not seem to be concerned. Too many students and not enough professional involvement. I had a huge bruise after the operation. Having this procedure ten years before, with NONE of these conditions makes me wonder seriously about his competence.

had a cosmetic mastectomy about 5 years ago. No cancer, , it was to even me out so I could get reconstructive surgery on both at the same time as I had a mastectomy on the other breast. The breast he removed was healthy and all he had to do was take it off the same way the other side had been taken off. I now have a massive scar that runs across the middle of my "good" breast. He could have cut underneath like the other one was, but, no. Right through the middle. When I went back to him to show him the result he told me that he hadnt cut it there. What the hel*? Did he think I had done it myself? what a quack.So not impressed. For years I have looked at this and thought " it is only me and not worth complaining about" but guess what? I AM worth something and what he did was really really shoddy.

He saved my life. I was admitted for emergency surgery after a CT scan. Everything happened so fast, but his professionalism, confidence and courtesy were amazing. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate for a second in requesting him.
