Dr. Hagan is great. He is professional yet very approachable! If there is a "God Complex" in this doctor, you will never know it. He was very attentive when listening to me and truly caring about my concerns and well being. He took his time explaining tests he would order for me and why, as well as the results of the tests once they were completed. His demeanor was friendly, calm, reassuring, and confident. Best ER doctor I've run across in my 73 years on this planet. Thank you, Dr. Hagan, I'm glad you are in Pittsfield, MA.
