I just completed a six hour mindfulness and prayer workshop with Dr. Reichmann called the Stillpoint Program. It was so enriching and I am so grateful for his online offer of this spiritual learning and practice program online. I have worked with Dr. Reichmann many times both in person and recently online as a participant in his Mindfulness Stress Reduction programs and his spiritual workshops called the 'Stillpoint Program'. Jaak has an expansive presence that creates a truly safe space that allows participants to join into the possibility of opening to their suffering and the universal invitation for wholeness and healing. Thank you Dr. Reichmann

I still have some tapes with Dr. Reichmans voice leading the listener through a guided meditation focusing on the breath. I am using it every day through this covid 19 pandemic. His voice is soft, gentle, forgiving with a touch of humor....he really knows what he is doing. I have listened to other mindful tapes but he is a master. Thank you so much Dr. Reichman.

Dr. Reichmann's mindfulness program in Barrie is superb. It has become an anchor in my life providing me with the tools to overcome depression, anger, anxiety on an ongoing basis. Highly recommended: very humane and kind person, and very smart.

The Mindful cognitive Behavior Program taught me the tools that I needed to deal with multiple problems of anxiety, depression and letting go of things. It taught me how to look at my life from a different perspective. Dr. Reichmann is an excellent facilitator, he offers other programs as well, which I am looking forward to taking to expand my knowledge base. This program empowered me to change the way I looked at things so that I could move forward and not be stuck.
