I leave zero stars. He is extremely unprofessional. I have sent several emails, no reply back, I have called they NEVER pick up the phone. He requested blood for my brother back in September of 2023 and he still HAS NOT given us the results back. I've emailed about the results and to call us about them. Again, NO REPLY back. My brother needs reassessed his prescription are out dated and needs his medicine changed. He closed up his office on Dunlop street and now works from HOME. Wth ?? What doctor worked from home and doesn't see his patients??? My brother is special needs and cannot comprehend conversations. We his family are his communication. This doctor is FULLY aware of this. They push zoom meetings. I've explained in my numerous emails we CANNOT do this. Again, no response back at all. This doctor should have his license taken away for neglect of his duty to provide proper medical treatment of his patients. It seems although all he wants is momey from writing a prescription OVER THE PHONE but won't see his patients for renewals. He's a crook and shouldn't be in practice. Please avoid this office and their lack of consideration and care they don't provide.

This doctor is a complete waste of time. He was 12 mins late. Was dissmissive. Laughed at me. Told me to read up on my “diagnosis” he gave me within 8 mins of the call. Spent way too much time typing and not talking. Told me he couldn’t help me any further after 15 mins of the call. I was told I needed a 3 hr availability and started arguing with me saying they would never tell me that. He raised his voice and told me to find a different doctor. Do not recommend.

this man is a complete waste of time.. he is rude inconsiderate does not allow you to speak. He is late to meetings and then cuts you off. I have never been more angry with a person in my life!!

As others have stated, he is never available. I don't know if he's dealing with personal issues etc, but he should definitely step away from practice until he is all in. You cannot put children on psychotropic medications and not have any followup. I'd suggest that is borderline malpractice.

Trying to get information for my daughter is impossible. He doesn't answer phones or emails. Meanwhile my daughter suffers waiting for forms that he is supposed to fill out so I can get the treatment she needs. This doctor needs to be reported and licence revoked!

I first saw Dr Rajkhowa as a teenager about 7 years ago and had a decent experience but booking appointments etc. were always a problem and would take multiple attempts before getting a response. Fast forward 7 years later and i needed diagnosis paperwork so i reached out, I got re diagnosed with the same things as last time and i told him that i need the copies of the paperwork urgently. He told me that it was no problem and that his receptionist would send it to me immediately..that was in august 2023. I have tried to email and call repeatedly and have gotten no response.

I realized that the only way the receptionist might respond is if you clarify that you’re emailing to book an appointment and even then it’s a big MAYBE.

This is truly frustrating because seeing as they no longer have a physical office your only way of trying to get through is through calling or emailing which they don’t respond to.

Frustration is an understatement at this point.

Diagnosed my daughter's ADHD and then went completely AWOL. Angela the receptionist left a run-on-sentence of an email and extremely long voicemail to indicate it had been sent May 4/23, but nothing came. They will not answer the phone, they will not respond to the dozens of emails I've sent. The only way to help my daughter get an IEP is with this report but they've gone AWOL and no can do anything about it. My doctor's office told me they experience the same thing with this practice and said there's nothing they can do to get them to cooperate. This is appauling to me as it directly affects the mental health and wellbeing of a child.

I'm reporting them to PHIPA and the College of Physicians for withholding records. Avoid this place at all costs - it represents everything wrong with the Ontario health care system.

He seems to actually be helping me but his receptionist or “Clinical Assistant” as she calls herself is completely useless. She NEVER responds to emails after claiming it’s the best form of communication. Never sends confirmation links for appointments like she claims to and I have to chase after them after already having my appointment to find out why my pharmacy has not received my prescription 2+ days after my appointment. Completely incompetent and super unprofessional for someone who obviously works with patients that need CONSISTENCY. Dr should REALLY consider finding someone new to take over if he cares about his patients.

He missed the last appointment I was supposed to have. Tried calling the office, number is out of service. Called my doctors office, they said they have other people reporting the same thing. Now I have no access to medication and my medical records. Too bad, he was actually helping me. Now I have to get a new referral and start again with a new doctor. If he was closing his practice it would have been nice to communicate that and give people a chance to get their records.
