Please please please. Do not go to her or any of her offices for Family Dental Care. There are many many other offices and doctors that will care about you. Dr.Sidhu only cares about herself and Scientology. She pushes not only her staff but her patients to join and her beliefs on them. How can a dentist not believe in medicine/medication “it’s all in your head you just need to control it”. Going to her will only support Scientology as she donates MILLIONS every year. Dr. Sidhu made me feel like I was stupid and like she was better than me. She tried to tell me I should not be taking medication that was prescribed by my doctor because it would make me a better person. Would never recommend this dentist to anyone - in fact, I warn people to not go to her.

I have been visiting Dr Sidhu for almost 4 years now. I also take my 3 children there for all our regular check ups and needs. Dr. Sidhu is very caring and patient with adults as well as young children. The staff are very friendly and they are extremely organized. I would highly recommend Family dental care to anyone in the south part of Ottawa.

I was really really pleased with how every single staff member interacted with me during each of my visits. I was not really happy with all the confusion given when I had gone in to get a few teeth pulled and filled and had to stay all day with multiple requests as they did not understand what work needed to be done on my mouth. They also did not have me under any anesthetic and left me for a full hour between taking wisdom teeth out so I was not really pleased with that. I also still have part of one of the teeth they were supposed to be pulling out for me. Overall I would continue to go here but maybe just go in for teeth cleaning from now on as anything else seems to complicate matters. Also it's nice that you don't have to pay full price upfront, your insurance covers immediately.

Dr. Sidhu is super laid back but clearly knows her stuff. Clearly shows me what is going on and explains what she is doing. Hygienists are also really friendly. Assistants are great! Front office staff are good. Very genuine and honestly seem to care about you. Usually never wait (once I waited a while due to dental "emergency". Would definitely recommend.
