Dear Mr Wilfred Saw and staff at The Eastern Heart Clinic in Randwick

I wish to say a big thank you. I was admitted under the care of Dr Wilfred Saw for an angiogram on the 18th of October. Whilst this may be a regular and relatively non invasive investigation I was nevertheless both nervous and apprehensive upon the day.I am happy to say that from my arrival to my escorted departure I felt at all times in safe caring hands. I was kept informed in the most courteous polite manner of exactly what was happening during the procedure. Most likely you may feel that explaining to a patient what is going to happen to them prior and the debriefing afterwards is just par for the course, however for me this understanding and friendly discourse was just what was needed to help maintain my composure. Suffice to say that whilst you are not on my holiday destination list,whenever further similar treatment is necessary I shall not think of anywhere else. One expects good appropriate medical care,however it is how this is delivered that is not forgotten. Thank you once again, not just staff, rather a cohesive team. Peter Foreman

I owe my life to this man. He diagnosed my problem and was quick in his response to solve the issue.

I generally don't like seeing health professionals, but Dr Wilfred Saw is a different story. If I could give a hundred stars I would, not just because he and his staff (Linda) are amazing, but also because of how much they stand out against the rest of the crowd.

The entire process was painless, they were on time, professional, and explained everything I needed to know to allay my fears.

Seriously top notch medical care and top notch service. I'm so glad I came onto this website to find out who would be the best person to see about something as important as cardiac health.

Went for a general check up / stress test not suffering any symptoms. Dr Saw was mildly concerned about one part of my hearts stressed response and given family history sent me straight for an angiogram. the result of this that with days I had a life saving stent and feeling fantastic and relieved for dealing with a problem I did not know I had.. Dr Saw was friendly, informative and obviously skilled.. Likewise everyone at the Eastern Heart Clinic surgeons, nurses orderlies etc were professional and friendly. A great experience and thank you everyone

Very efficient, knowledgeable and competent doctor. I was referred to Dr Saw for a check up but within 3 weeks of seeing him I had a life saving bi-pass and stents inserted. I had no symptoms and was a walking time bomb. Dr Saw diagnosed my heart issue and moved very quickly to fix me
I can't recommend highly enough !

A very special human being, brilliant Doctor who saved my life 4 years ago then post operative care has been brilliant. More recently identified a narrowing of artery, implanted a stent then diagnosed sleep apnoea which was spot on. Continues to monitor and review my disorder. Thank you so much for your genuine care and expertise.

Dr.Saw sent me to the Prince of Wales hospital for an angiogram. I have had 4 other angiograms in other hospitals and I have to say this was the best experience . All the staff doctors and nurses were fantastic and made me feel very cared for.Especially an outstanding young nurse called Orla . I highly recommend Dr. Saw and The Eastern Heart Clinic at Prince of Wales Hospital.

Dr Saw picked up a blocked artery after a few Doctors said everything was fine in various health checks. I barely had any symptoms with normal BP and cholesterol and it was not even clear on the angiogram. Dr Saw still suspected an issue and was able to diagnose an 80% blocked artery and saved me from a heart attack. Thank you not sure what would have happened if you were not so thorough.
