The Dr, is very knowledgeable and is a good communicator. She has been quite helpful to me since I started treatment. However, be prepared to wait 15 min to an hour past your appointment time.

I have found Dr. Michalska to be knowledgeable and caring about my kidney issues and myself as a person. I would recommend her for treatment to anyone.

Dr. Michalska is one of those Drs who remembers everything about a patient. Even if it's been a couple of weeks, she will make sure that anything she ordered was followed up with. She's quick to make referrals if it will benefit her patients and really advocates for us. If anything is needed, I usually wait until she does her rounds at the dialysis unit because I know she will get it done and will follow up if it's taking too long. As a woman, it's also nice to have another woman to talk to as a Dr. so she's on it when it comes to feminine problems that I wouldn't want to discuss with one of the male Drs.

When I was on dialysis, I'd be seen by Dr. Michalska. She is so smart, very quick and remembers everything even though she has 100's of patients. I feel very look after under her care and don't have to worry about much as she's got it covered.
