If I could give this 0 stars I would. He was dismissive and in no way compassionate. I tried to explain that his diagnosis did not make sense based on my symptoms and he ignored me and basically said I wasn’t in imminent danger and I was facing the repercussions of my own actions and would be fine. He also gave me a rectal exam which honestly I didn’t feel I needed to figure out what was wrong with me, and it was so painful and traumatizing I sobbed and had a full panic attack and he just left me in the exam room sobbing by myself curled up into a ball. I needed an ultrasound or physical exam of my stomach, not that and did I get an ultrasound or physical exam of my stomach? No. No bedside manners. No compassion. I’m still feeling traumatized from the whole experience a day later. I am not the kind of person to write reviews but this experience was so awful and upsetting I wanted to share this so others could avoid him. Especially if you’re a young woman by yourself. A proper doctor would have explained why he was doing what he was doing and asked if someone wanted a woman staff member to do it or be present. Zero trauma-informed care.

I have a fistula and an abscess. I was very sick and the first dr put me on ten days of iv antibiotics knowing how sick I was. After 3 days dr Saunders went above his head and took me off antibiotics and now I'm very very sick again. He can't be bothered. He couldn't be bothered with me. He spent max 2 mins with me and I asked him what type of bacteria it is and he answered loudly infront of other patients as he was walking away from me. This man has no bed side manor, he just doesn't care.

Dr.Saunders if you can call him a doctor is very rude,insensitive and extremely arrogant! I went in and I am a person who needs to be treated a certain way due to my disability. He didn’t ask me my symptoms at all. Proceeded to tell me my health history! I was in extreme pain and he told me he would give me pain meds. I just wanted Advil or Tylenol. He didn’t order the nurses to give me anything. He’s sooo slow it’s ridiculous. If you want to see a doctor who thinks he’s God then see Dr.Saunders. He shouted at me and in a room full of patients told me I should not come back if I got more I’ll until I was sepsis! I know all of the Dr’s at the hospital and he’s the worst besides one other. I left in tears.

In my opinion-this physician has been in rpactice for many years he is precise in DX and TX along with a caring, personable sense of humour.

He is somewhere between disinterested to didn't care at all. He didn't bother even taking a look at the patient. Left his clueless who had no idea about a simple procedure to struggle and fumble.
Upon many requests he finally came and looked at the situation and left with no diagnosis. Also attempted to shift the burden to the referring doctor who does not work weekends.
I left disappointed that a doctor like this has a job at ER.

Dr Saunders is an arrogant man, who tries to add in jokes as he belittles you. He is dismissive and seems to not care too much about the diagnosis, but more so getting out of the room. Despite me having symptoms that would require emergency help, he would not let me fully describe these symptoms and chose to finish sentences for me and say that the symptoms were normal. He should have a supervisor to ensure he is actually doing his job properly...

Really fantastic, I was very ill and had seen 2 doctors prior. Dr Saunders knew right away what was up and what to do about it. Fantastic!

Please do yourself a huge favor and walk right out of the hospital doors if you encounter this doctor. This doctor is the rudest I have ever met. He yelled and screamed at my mom when she asked him a simple question. When she asked for him to speak nicely he said that she was harassing him. I never knew asking for and ER doctor to page a specialist that you have been going to and the specialist themselves have said to page them, is considered harassing. Beyond that, this doctor got physically aggressive and all up in my mom's face. He told me that I would never be considered an emergency case unless I was on the verge of dying. On top of all that, he blamed us for his behavior and told us to get out and that he was "done" with us. I understand a doctor can be frustrated or they cannot do much beyond what they already have, but yelling, screaming and getting physical is unacceptable. I left this hospital in absolute tears and begged my mom to never bring me back here.
