Ottawa Dermatologists are run off their feet! Many in Ottawa have recently retired, one died, and people have the audacity to complain about wait times. Dr Lipson is thorough, pleasant and answered all of my questions. If you’re expecting anything beyond that, get a therapist. Don’t waste the Dermatologists’ time! They are trying their hardest to meet the needs of Ottawa patients but there aren’t enough of them. This is not their fault, but rather that of our government for cutting back doctors and budgets over the past decade. Thank you for your excellent care Dr. Lipson!

Very rarely on time, advice is rushed. Doesn't take time to answer your questions. Poor bedside manners.

I've been going to Dr.Lipson for 3 years. I find her to be very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Always took her time to address any concerns that I had. Can't comment in appointment delays as I always ask for first appoint.ment in the morning.

Though knowledgeable in her field; appears over-worked with wall to wall patients! That said; all business not personable at all (felt like a production line) but in all fairness she did get the job done ... ☺.

Dr. Lipson was very kind, professional and gentle. Her staff was amazing. I am more than pleased, I am over the moon. I was in and out of the office while Dr. Lipson compelted the actual procedure I was there for.

Dr. Lipson was an amazing dermatologist and her secretary was extremely helpful and kind.

I have seen Dr. Lipson for my skin problems, and a more personable , kind, and very efficient doctor will be hard to find in this city. She was punctual, very kind, very sympathetic to my problems and took care to explain to me what was happening, as well as actually calling me herself with the results of the tests she had done. I hope she practices in Ottawa for a very long time because I intend to see her again, and to recommend her to family and friends. Her office is c lean, well managed, the staff is polite, very well informed and always very cheerful. If Dr. Lipson runs late there is always a very good reason such as she is needed in an emergency or a patient with a serious disease needs her explanations and her time. She does make up for it by not rushing you out the door. She will spend as much time with you as needed. I am sorry that some people feel they are so important that the suffering of others should come after their needs and are not able to wait for a few minutes past their scheduled appointment. Shame on you.
