I saw him on a Thursday and he said I had two problems-gave me a RX and the excruciating in my leg did not go away or subside. On Saturday the pharmacist said that I should have relief by now so I went back to the clinic and I was given another doctor. This one was just as rush and curt and said I had a pinched nerve. He gave me another RX as he did not believe the one I was using. Both were impatient, did not ask a lot of questions and did not let me say much. I realize this is an emergency clinic you need to ask questions to find out what is wrong with the person before you had out meds.

I used to like Dr Pantin until one day i asked him for Valium to help me thru a crisis. He turnt nasty and made it clear not to see him again and to see the Dr that gave me it in the first place. Ok i get it he did not want to prescribe it but his whole manner was nasty, and i saw the different side of him.

I have see Dr Pantin at the Westmont urgent care clinic. Saw him again today for a diverticulitis flare up. He is truly a wonderful doctor and human being. He is professional, kind and very caring towards the patients he sees. I really wish he had a family practice as he is such a wonderful doctor.

I went to the Fairway rd walk-in clinic to have a doctor fill my prescription and had Dr Pantin who is very accommodating, very patient and very competent. Kudos to him for being so professional and at the same time very good at his patients.

After the countless invalidating, rude doctors I've seen throughout my life, it was a great surprise to find, at a walk-in clinic no less, someone so affable and competent. He listens patiently, asks appropriate questions, has a great attitude & a wonderful sense of humour, and is hands down the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.

I went to Urgent Care clinic today and saw Dr Pantin regarding a rash as well as chronic pain.
What a great doctor !
He explained in detail what the problem was.
He was reassuring and I really liked his sense of humor.
I left the clinic with a smile on my face.

I went to the urgent clinic this morning looking for a back to work note. What i did find is one of the most caring,friendly and helpful doctors ive ever met..we talked alittle about quitting smoking then he wrote me a prescription for champax... To my surprise when i got to the desk he waved the 20 note fee stating that champax was costly...i an very greatful ty.. As im a person who believes in paying it forward i drove a kid with a sprain foot home from the clinic.. Great doctors/people r the reason we make it from day to day

I had to go to the Urgent Care Clinic because of a very bad cold and Dr. Pantin was the one that got my case. He took the time to listen to me (even if, I think, he hears stories like mine a few times a day) then he explained to me not only how to take the medicines but how to take care of my immune system. I remember that almost 17 years ago when we arrived in Canada we had to take one of our sons to the walk in clinic and Dr. Raymond was the one attending. He was one of those making Canada our beloved new country. Thank you, Dr. Raymond, for your professionalism, for always having a word of encouragement and for your humour as well.
