Dr. Marchand is caring and it shows. She is incredibly down to earth and makes you feel at ease right away. She makes you work hard. She is a breath of fresh air amongst many psychologists who don’t have the same approach.

I was reluctant with doing online therapy but I forgot I was online. She made me feel really comfortable and it was great to be able to have the convenience of doing therapy in the comfort of my home! She’s helped me more than she will ever know.

I was in a very dark place in my life; in essence, hanging by a thread. She was able to provide me with the courage and strength with her calming nature by providing that feeling of relief and hope. Hannah is an incredible and inspirational psychologist/professional.

I have seen psychologists in the past so was reluctant but somehow Dr Marchand makes coming to therapy easy. She makes you work hard but in a kind and caring way so I think that is what helps me.
