Dr. Campanaro is, hands-down, the worst Doctor I have ever encountered. I was referred to KARMA for a sonohysterogram, presenting with prolonged heavy periods and expelling 2 IUDs.

For starters, she was thirty minutes late, which I spent in the exam room in the little hospital gown they give you. Once the procedure was done, she mumbled something to be about having a thick uterine lining. When I asked her to repeat/explain herself (again, mumbling), she essentially told me I probably have hyperplasia, will need a biopsy, and it may be PRE CANCEROUS. When I started to cry, she walked out of the room, leaving her sono technician to explain things to me.

Not only can hyperplasia not be diagnosed through sono, the way she delivered that information to be and her complete and utter callousness was so unprofessional, I will be filing a formal complaint with her College.

Her staff are excellent, she is horrible.

I will never, ever go back.

There are other fertility games and ultrasound games in town.

My partner and I have been very pleased with KARMA. We started our fertility work-up in January 2021. The clinic is now at the Boardwalk in waterloo, it is so welcoming and bright. We have done one cycle of IUI which was unsuccessful but are hopeful for success with the next cycle. Dr. Campanaro was very honest with us about our outcome, which we appreciated very much. I would recommend this clinic!

I have many things to say about KARMA and I may need to post twice. Dr C is very knowledgeable, she didnt push me into any direction but gave me all the information I needed. I went away for about 6 months and when I was ready I came back. Her staff are great but the Manager Sonya is the main reason I came back in 2020. She explained everything to me and kept in touch giving me detailed responses via email. I am extremely grateful. The two nurses that worked with me are great. They always (mostly) went the extra-mile to help me and responded promptly by phone of email. As for the ultrasound team I would go back there any day. I had no negative experiences. And the IVF lab - well they get 100% from me and my partner. They really really "held our hands - my partner and I" and were there for us every step of they way. Dr K the Lab director is fantastic in every sense of the word.

We are very thankful for Dr. Campanaro and her team for helping us through our infertility journey. We started with a few rounds of IUI then moved to IVF. Our first round of IVF was cancelled due to disappointing results, I was devastated but the staff was always so encouraging and talked me through each step of the way. We went through with the 2nd round and I am very happy to say we now have a beautiful baby boy! The morning ultrasounds and blood work is hard but the team at Karma and the ultrasound team were always accommodating and made everything go as smooth as possible.

The whole team here is wonderful and work effortless together to make your dream come true. Special shout out to Emily at the front desk who was always so friendly and helpful, my favourite nurses Lieanna and Rachel who walked me through this whole process and Dr. Campanaro who really knows what's best.

We came to see Dr. Campanaro after a bad experience with another clinic in town. The other clinic had me doing cycle after cycle of timed intercourse and IUIs. I knew after over a year of trying this way it was probably time for IVF, but we were put on the waitlist for funding and was told it would be another 16-18 months! At 39 years old! So we decided it was time to get a second opinion. Because of my age, Dr. C put us on the waitlist for IVF right away. I ended up waiting another 3ish months before my cycle. They collected 8 eggs and froze 2 embryos. Unfortunately my first frozen embryo transfer didn't take, but my second worked (7 months pregnant and counting)! I really have to thank Karma and Dr. C for their help. I think Dr. Campanaro didn't waste time which was great because I couldn't sit on a wait list getting older and older. I also want to thank the lead embryologist for being so helpful, so supportive, and explained everything thoroughly. We have our miracle baby on the way thanks to Dr. C and the Karma Team, thank you!

My husband and I had been struggling with infertility for 1.5 years and the staff at Karma have always been really helpful. They are always willing to take that extra step for their patients. Even though Dr Campanaro isn’t always the best communicator I know that she always has the patient’s best interest and goals in mind. I would recommend this clinic to those in the kitchener waterloo area. We are expecting a baby boy or girl, thanks to this clinic!

Dr Campanaro is great at what she does. She does not run this clinic to hold your hand and hand out tissues. But she does her best to get you the results you want. An addition to your family.

I’ve been coming to Dr Campanaro since January and I must say the process is flying by. I have no complaints about Dr Campanaro other than she mumbles a bit and I have to say “pardon” a couple times while talking to her. They are very efficient and compassionate. Overall her and her staff are great. We figured out right away that I wasn’t ovulation and now we’re in the process of doing ovulation drugs and an upcoming IUI in the next couple of months.
